Robin Martinez was outstanding. She was patient and very personable. Not only did she show me the vehicle I wanted to see, she also showed me all the other options on my list, even though she knew I wouldn't buy one. I had a great morning and when we visited with the manager, he was also super informative about snow tires and rims. The parts manager was also excellent. He was educated in each of the tires off consumer reports that I was interested in, listing pros and cons. I couldn't have been happier. We decided to go with a different vehicle but because of the outstanding customer service, we will be loyal customers of Rushmore Honda for servicing needs. Thank you for a great experience!

We were on the way home from a 3100mile road trip, and got a flat in Sturgis. Even with a full schedule, they got us in right away and were able to get the tire patched and have us back on the road in record time! We are forever grateful! And for what its worth, if you have a small family, the Honda Fit makes a fantastic road trip car, we love it!

Just wanted to show some appreciation for the parts department! Taylor, Ryan, and Derek are always professional, knowledgeable, and just downright friendly. Every time I talk to one of them, I hang up the phone in a better mood than I was beforehand.
We were driving around the dealerships on E Mall Dr and spotted a truck at Rushmore Honda that had just been dropped off in the used lot. Came back to test drive it and met with Jake Meredith on the sales team. He was very accommodating and showed our kids to the play area. Jake was not pushy at all and was able to haggle a little bit on the price, even though the truck hadn't hit the lot yet. We had a good experience and would recommend this dealership if you're in the hunt for a car or truck.
My family is visiting the Black Hills from Michigan. A service light came on in our Honda Odyssey, and my husband was concerned about getting it checked out since we are driving all over the place. We drove to the service center without an appointment, and two extremely nice employees were able to check the code and assure us we would be fine until we get home. Highly recommend their service department! It's such a breath of fresh air to have people treat you with kindness.

I went in to address the recall on a fuel pump part on my C-RV, and the service department people were very friendly. They did a maintenance check on other items (for free) and called me before doing anything. They also weren't pushy on the items that they found that I didn't want worked on. Andy was the one I worked with, and he was upfront and personable. Overall, it was a good experience.
The best thing about Rushmore Honda is they make you feel like family when you drive 300 mile south! Service department is always accommodating and our sales Jonathan is always helpful and happy to see us whether we are buying a new car or not!
