On June the sixth my wife and I were in Rapid City doing some vacationing from Texas and had I few car problems brought on by my lack of experience in mountain driving and the previous oil change done in our home state before the trip. My brake rotors warped a little from over heating and we had an oil leak from the filter due to some screw ball using channel locks to tighten the new one on. Jason, I guess your service manger worked us in, found the problems.... corrected them and sent us on our way. I was so expecting to get over charged but instead I was treated like family and charged a fair price. My wife and I were about a fifth of the way into our trip when this happened and we where both very anxious about the oil leak and brakes. They were soon history and we had a wonderful trip and got home this past Saturday. 6830 miles. Rushmore Honda played and big part in our trip making it an awesome trip and I want to thank your Dealership and Jason for the quick courteous service. We will never forget the service you provided and confidence we left with that our car was ready to roll on. We did, our car did and we made it home safe and sound. Thank you so much. It has been three months since we purchased our Honda CRV from the local dealership and it is long overdue that we thank you and the rest of the team there at Rushmore Honda.

From our initial talks and negotiations with Kevin Grover to the day we drove our CRV off the lot we were treated with honesty, respect and great courtesy. My wife drives the vehicle daily and has fallen in love with the entire package. She misses the lighted vanity mirror that she had in her previous car but that little inconvenience is overshadowed by a full complement of features that keep a smile on her face all the time.

Last week my wife and I had the privilege of visiting your wonderful state. With this being said we also had the misfortune of breaking down around the Crazy Horse Monument. We were towed to Custer SD and found that it would take 2 to 3 days for the service stations in Custer to even look at our 2007 Honda Civic. We decided to have our car towed to Rushmore Honda we had called ahead and spoke with Jason in service, and when we showed up at 5:45 on Tuesday afternoon we were able to check in with Jason and leave the keys to our car. On Wednesday morning we received a call from Jason and told that our car was done (this was a very pleasant surprise) when we arrive at the service department we were told by Jason that our problem was a bug had entered our mass air flow sensor, and this was a NO CHARGE. (This was another pleasant surprise). With our past experiences with nothing being simple we left and headed back home. On our drive home we noticed that our 2 door Civic ran better than it ever had. We had also owned a 2007 Civic 4 door and the 4 door had always ran better that the 2 door, but we gave the 4 door to our daughter as this was the better car. (we had purchased both cars in 2007 from our local dealer). Any way your service department was excellent, and we believe that if this would have happened in Great Falls we would not have received the same friendly and professional service that we received from your store. If your service department is any indication of the rest of your staff then I would say that you have a excellent store.
